Who we share it with
AI model providers process your prompts and files to make your output. Payment providers process payments. SMS, email and WhatsApp providers deliver messages. We do not sell your data.
Where it lives
Data is stored on servers in the EU and may be processed by providers in other countries under appropriate safeguards, as allowed by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
How long
Your files stay until you delete them or your account. Payment records are kept for 6 years as the law requires.
Your rights
You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
