Who we are

Reetovi is operated by [Company name] Ltd, [Registered address, Lagos]. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in codes private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or our content rules.

Credits

Credits are a prepaid licence to use the service, not money. They are not transferable between people except into a workspace you manage, and they expire 12 months after purchase unless stated otherwise.

When a job fails or is cancelled before it starts, the held credits return to your balance automatically.

Purchases are final once credits are used. Unused credits from a payment made in error can be refunded within 14 days on request.

What you make

You own the images and videos you create, subject to the rights of the model providers and any material you upload.

You grant us a licence to store and process your files to run the service, and to show anything you choose to publish to Explore.

What you can't make

You agree to follow our content rules. You may not upload or generate content that depicts a real person without their consent, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content that breaks Nigerian law.

Liability

The service is provided as is. AI output can be wrong or unexpected; review it before you publish. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
